I’ve really enjoyed having Gabe as a personal trainer. In the 3 mos since starting training with him, my fitness, strength and overall confidence has really increased. Gabe’s encouragement means I’m lifting weight I never thought I could. He also makes sure my form is right meaning I don’t worry about injuring myself. I highly recommend Gabe as a PT!

I’d never had a personal trainer before working with Gabe so didn’t know what to expect. I’d been going to the gym and doing cardio and didn’t have the courage to venture over to the weights section. Gabe was able to show me how to use each machine and piece of equipment and how to maintain the correct form to prevent injury. He also explained in detail which muscles I could target on each machine and helped push me further than I thought I could go.
Gabe is an excellent personal trainer and has made me feel at ease despite never having had a personal trainer before. Thank you Gabe, keep it up and I’ll try my best to as well
