Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

About this exercise : Performed with a neutral grip to target the biceps and forearms. Neutral grip curls are great for building overall arm strength and improving grip. They also reduce strain on the wrists compared to a supinated grip.
