Landmine barbell

  •  Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a landmine barbell with one hand and an underhand grip.
  • Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight.
  • Pull the barbell towards your lower chest.
  • Lower the barbell back down. Repeat with the other hand.
