Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with a wide grip.
Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight.
Pull the barbell towards your lower chest.
Lower the barbell back down.

About this exercise : Bent-over barbell rows with a wide grip, targeting the outer back and rear delts. This exercise is excellent for building back width and improving overall upper body strength. The wide grip provides a different stimulus compared to a narrow grip.
