Sit at a preacher bench with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a cable handle.
Curl the handle towards your shoulder.
Lower the handle back to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.

About this exercise : Preacher bench and cable used to isolate the biceps during curls. Cable preacher curls are excellent for isolating the biceps and minimising momentum. This leads to better muscle activation and helps in achieving more defined and stronger biceps.
