Lie face down on an incline bench, holding an EZ-bar.
Curl the EZ-bar towards your shoulders.
Lower the EZ-bar back to the starting position.

About this exercise : Performed on an incline bench with an EZ-Bar to isolate the biceps during curls. EZ-Bar spider curls are excellent for minimising shoulder involvement and maximising bicep activation. They are great for increasing bicep size and definition.
