  • Lie face down on an incline bench, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
  • Curl the kettlebells towards your shoulders.
  • Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position.

  • About this exercise : Performed with kettlebells to isolate the biceps during curls. Kettlebell spider curls are excellent for minimising shoulder involvement and maximising bicep activation. They are great for increasing bicep size and definition.
